Song is about the invention, manufacture, marketting and distribution by multi national pharmacuetical companies of synthetic opiod pain killers and the devastating dehumanising effect this has had on communities and normal people worldwide who get sidelined into ghettos as a result of becoming addicted through legal perscription.
Fifty times more powewrful then heroin the drugs are relentless and indiscriminate in choosing their victims. All too soon its too late and people find themselves losing their jobs, homes and relationships. With nowhere to turn they find themselves pushed into makeshift ghettos. All they can do is watch their world continue to fall apart around them and enter a mindset where they learn to take things one life at a time.

And lets not forget that its a bad deal for the snow leopard as well who is simultaneously being driven to extinction due to loss of habitat .... respekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
